TLC Federal Credit Union moved into its newly constructed headquarters at 1510 3rd St. in Tillamook in October of 2009. The new 24,000-square-foot facility features a drive-up ATM, two drive-up lanes, a large parking area and airy lobby.

Astoria officially opened a branch office in Tillamook in 2009 at
1806 Third St. The 3,950-square-foot, two-story building occupies the
lot at the corner of Third Street and Stillwell Avenue, which had been
the location of the Swiss Chalet restaurant for many years.

City Public Works department crews have recently completed two street overlay projects: Williams Avenue between Hawthorne and Maple on the east side of town, and 11th Street from Stillwell to Elm on the west side. City Manager Mark Gervasi reports that crews will resurface Cedar Avenue between 1st and 3rd as soon as work has been completed on sewer lines under those streets.
