Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps

The City of Tillamook participates in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) that makes available federally backed flood insurance for all structures, whether or not they are located within the floodplain.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued new Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps (DFIRM) and a Flood Insurance Study (HS), which are available for review at Tillamook City Hall, 210 Laurel Avenue, Tillamook, OR 97141.

The new maps are also available for download from the list at right, along with a letter discussing floodplain issues and advice on protecting your property from flood damage.

For questions or further information, contact City Manager, Mark Gervasi at (503) 842-2472 ext. 3460 or City Planner Dave Mattison ext. 3465.
