NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Tillamook will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Tillamook City Hall, 210 Laurel Avenue, Tillamook, Oregon, to receive public testimony regarding the proposed adoption of a Sewer System Development Charge (SDC) Methodology to modify system development charges in the City of Tillamook, in accordance with ORS 223.304(7)a.

The proposed Sewer System Development Charge (SDC) Methodology is based on the City of Tillamook Wastewater Facilities Plan and establishes a framework for allocating growth-related wastewater infrastructure costs to new development and redevelopment. The methodology is intended to ensure that future growth pays its proportionate share of wastewater system improvements needed to serve that growth, helping reduce the financial burden on existing ratepayers.

In accordance with ORS 223.316, the proposed Sewer System Development Charge Methodology is available for public inspection at Tillamook City Hall, 210 Laurel Avenue, Tillamook, Oregon, during regular business hours, and has been posted on the City of Tillamook website. https://www.tillamookor.gov/media/4476

Interested persons are invited to appear and be heard at the public hearing. Written testimony may also be submitted to the City Recorder's Office prior to the hearing.

The hearing location is accessible to persons with disabilities. Requests for accommodations or interpretive services should be made at least 48 hours prior to the hearing by contacting the City Recorder's Office at (503) 842-2472.
